Nom nom nom ... Cherry sorbet on crunchy cream ... very fast there and even faster away.
Because I had forgotten concentrated on buying ingredients for a decent dessert (dad wants to be pampered on his official day, gell), I chased after the kitchen in the kitchen for useful things. In the fridge I found a cracked cup of cream (who called it liquid gold?) And in the freezer cherries, which were actually intended for the child's breakfast yoghurt.
Cream, frozen cherries ... hmm ... there Can you possibly combine two favorite desserts? Exactly! Here we steal the cream and here the frozen fruits and dare a new combination. In the kitchen cabinet, I actually found a few forgotten mini-meringues that could jump into the cream as crispy crumbs. In 5 minutes everything was ready.
And then: spoon in. Nom nom nom! Sweet, creamy, crunchy, incredibly good - with the cold, melting, dazzling fruitiness of sour cherries ... you really do not want to stop and just spoon up this dessert. Oh yes, I already mentioned that above briefly. Incidentally, both man and child are still singing praises to Mom - let's sing them a little and sit back and relax. Maybe with another cherry juice sorbet on crunchy cream?
Here's how it works for 4 servings:
1 cup of cream stiff and 1 handful of mini Meringue (300g frozen sourcorn with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar , 2 tablespoons of lemon juice) , 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of whipped cream in a blender or a magic wand. The crunchy cream on dessert plates distribute and spread the cherry sorbet over it. Possibly. still decorating with meringue crumbs (lemon balm was unfortunately out, but is also good).
That's it! And now just jump upside down ...
